2. Pricing and Competition

You agree to:

Provide fair and competitive pricing to customers
Update your pricing regularly to reflect market conditions
Honor the prices displayed on your SCRAPSTER™ listing
Not engage in price fixing or anti-competitive practices

3. Regulatory Compliance

Your business must:

Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain proper licensing for scrap metal operations
Follow environmental and safety guidelines
Report suspicious transactions as required by law

4. Customer Relations
